Bullhorn integration

REST API integration for Placements, Candidates, Contacts, and custom fields.
Placement data pulled into the contract automatically — no re-keying.
Signed PDF and contract status written back to the Bullhorn record.

Signing & document handling

Built-in e-signature included in every plan.
DocuSign integration for sending, tracking, and storing signed contracts.
Webhook handling and signature validation for DocuSign lifecycle events.

API tokens & automation

API tokens for authenticated access to contract status endpoints.
Configurable templates and approval flows per brand, entity, or business unit.

Identity & provisioning

RecruiterDocs supports self-serve password signup for trial workspaces, and admins can still invite additional live-workspace users in-app.
Bullhorn OAuth covers Bullhorn data access only. It does not act as RecruiterDocs sign-in.
Email verification is handled in the RecruiterDocs account flow, separate from Bullhorn connectivity and launch readiness.
SAML 2.0 SSO can be configured for enterprise workspaces and can be required for workspace access. SCIM 2.0 provisioning is planned unless it is explicitly included in your deployment scope.

Access control & audit

Role-based access for recruiters, admins/compliance, finance, and legal.
Audit trail for every contract version, send, and IR35 check.
Admin-only access for reporting, workspace settings, and contract history.
UAT environments available for testing before go-live.
