Generate from placement data
Open a placement in Bullhorn, click generate. Candidate name, client, rate, IR35 status, and custom fields pull into the contract template automatically. No re-keying, no copy-paste from a spreadsheet.
Route approvals
The contract moves through your approval path — internal managers, compliance, client-side approvers. External approvers verify with a one-time passcode. Everyone reviews on the same timeline instead of separate email threads.
Send for signature
Once approved, the contract goes straight to e-signature as part of the same workflow. Built-in signing is included, or connect DocuSign if your agency already uses it.
Audit trail and record context
The signed PDF, approval history, and full audit trail stay attached to the Bullhorn placement. Status is visible on the record — no digging through inboxes or shared drives to find what was signed and when.

RecruiterDocs starts from £15 per user per month for agency rollouts (25-user minimum). Starter plans begin at £20 per user per month (10-user minimum). No per-contract fees and no template-count limits on either plan.
Built-in e-signature is included. There is no extra charge for approvals, audit trail, or the Bullhorn connection.
