What we support today
- Bullhorn REST API integration for Placements, Candidates, Contacts, and custom fields.
- DocuSign integration for sending, tracking, and storing signed contracts.
- API tokens for authenticated access to the current contract status endpoints.
- Webhook handling and signature validation for DocuSign lifecycle events.
- Configurable templates and approval flows per brand, entity, or business unit.
Security & access
- Role-based access for recruiters, admins/compliance, Finance, and Legal.
- Audit trail for all contract versions, sends, and IR35 checks.
- Admin-only access for reporting and settings surfaces such as contract history, audit, and workspace settings.
